This is all about you, not me. I can only tell you the story, mine one. The whole point stick in your mind and don't be foolish if someone says to you I will help you loose weight I will make you skinny... apologies but I won't do that - this is your job. My person can be next to you, motivates you by improving your healthy habits, determinate you by improving your thoughts and feeling and the most important by developing your lifestyle.
Have you ever filled drained? I believe you have! No matter what others say, no matter how bad life treats you, wake up with big smile, get up with positive wisdom, dress up and never give up, especially on your dreams.

DO exercise early. Veteran exercisers know that the earlier they get their workout in, the greater the chance it’ll get done, hence the number of runners, swimmers, cyclists and gym rats who pull on their workout gear at the crack of dawn.
