I'm not gonna tell you how important is to keep you in good condition, well both health and mind should be set by yourself at first. Everyone says the same - eat breakfast, exercise a lot, do not eat rubbish food. Have you ever heard - set your priorities first? Nope? I do this every day. Apparently this is my golden rule, okay rule number one! Rule number two? No diet - only healthy habits, but this one has been included already. Where are priorities there are habits!
